slow start

oh, dear. it's pretty hot out right now. we are still sitting in bed. running muse please come to us.

as we wait for motivation, we shall share our breakfasts...

em's breakfast party always includes tea. always in her "e" cup.


this morning my tea of choice was...
a blend of green teas- kukicha (twig tea) and hojicha chai! so good!

i also had a big bowl of cereal that included just a few things...
organic spelt flakes were the main act, accompanied by heart to heart warm cinnamon kashi cereal, some nature's path hemp granola, a chopped up banana, and a drizzle of cinnamon creamed honey.

nutritious, filling, and yummy!

erin's protein packed meal featured...
vanilla protein powder, sunflower seed butter (our current obsession), raw buckwheat granola, a super seed blend, creamed cinnamon honey, and blueberries all mixed into a huge mug of quinoa! good healthy yumminess galore!

it's supposed to get up to 82 (Fahrenheit) today-- oh, dear. keep your fingers crossed that we find our motivation soon...
p.s. if you were wondering what happened to our veggie power smoothies... we changed our minds. we tend to do that a lot.
p.p.s. erin is on an online shopping fiend right now.....
